• What the scorecard collects: quiz answers, private route-review answers, name, email, optional phone, consent choices, and technical attribution.
• Who can see it: Brad and the minimum team members responsible for routing and support.
• What it is used for: result delivery, requested route review, optional email marketing, and approved text messaging only where separate consent exists.
• What it is not used for: sale of personal data, unrelated profiling, or public display.
• How to unsubscribe from email and text where applicable.
• How to request support or data access under the applicable law.
• The secure contact method.
